MOJ CJSM mail service
The MOJ CJSM mail service is an important part of the process for joining up the Justice system in England and Wales to the rest of the legal system and law firms.
It facilitates the transmission of e-mails containing ‘OFFICIAL’ information up to ‘OFFICIAL SENSITIVE’, in a highly secure way.
Secure Emails
CJSM uses dedicated email services to securely transmit emails between connected justice partners. Once connected, practitioners can use CJSM to send secure emails to each other and public sector justice organisations.
Accesspoint is one of only two Service Providers in the country who have been approved to integrate directly with the CJSM mail platforms, allowing us to deliver mail solutions which directly link up with the CSJM mail platform. Lawyers are therefore able to communicate directly with the CJSM from their Outlook, bypassing the need to make use of the CJSM webmail facilities. This allows close integration with practice management systems (PMS) and case management systems (CMS).
Due to the high level of security protocols involved firms wanting to integrate Outlook with the CJSM will have to make use of our dedicated exchange solutions as opposed to the Office 365 or Microsoft 365 solutions.
