Utilising VMWARE, enables us to virtualise our Hyper Converged Infrastructure to deliver our hyper scalable client platforms. We also make use of the innovative technologies that VMware provides i.e. the ability to move machines seamlessly from host servers suffering from hardware failure - with proactive reporting to both VMware and our own support engineers we receive advance notification for any issues and can get them resolved before "the smoke becomes a fire".
VMWare Airwatch
On the other side of the spectrum we use VMWARE Airwatch to deliver our Mobile Device Management solutions. This has been classed consecutively as the number one MDM solution globally over the last 3 years. With VMWARE Airwatch we can secure mobile devices and deliver containerised mail applications, allowing the secure delivery of corporate e-mail to any mobile device, whether corporately owned or BYOD (bring your own device), via a containerized APP. A major benefit with this solution is that e-mail lives within the App, and not the local device like other mail applications. Should a phone therefore get compromised or a user with a BYOD device leave a firm’s employment, all email can be securely removed from the device by the simple press of a button.
