About Daniel

Daniel joined Accesspoint in January 2023 as part of the 1st Line Support Team and is currently working towards a Level 3 BCS apprenticeship for Information Communications Technician.

Having previously worked in the mobile phone repair industry for 4 years where problem solving and communication with customers is key. He has decided to put these skills towards helping more people with their IT issues, whilst also developing himself further in the field.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys building mechanical keyboards and PCs.
