About Amy

Amy joined Accesspoint in August 2022, working on the 1st Line Support Team and is currently working towards a level 3 BCS apprenticeship for Information Communications Technician.

Amy is also responsible for the initial triaging of tickets on the support desk to ensure that queries raised are directed to the correct people as quickly as possible and to ensure smooth running of the support desk.

Outside of work Amy has keen interest in both graphic design and Formula One.
