About Danny
Danny started as an apprentice at Accesspoint in November 2021 on the 1st line support team. He strives to resolve issues fully that have been received by the service desk ensuring a full resolution to tickets.
Since joining the team, Danny has been working closely with the more experienced members of the team to increase his IT knowledge and has recently been promoted onto the 2nd line support team.
Outside of work, Danny is an avid Arsenal fan and tries to see them at every opportunity.
